MS IS TERRIBLE

Ik on more than 1 med for MS my legs and arms get very heavy. I have a baclofen pump inside of me don't think it helps much. Heat and cold sensitive. Hard time walking gaining weight do to gabapentin and lack of ability to exercise. Sound familiar? Any suggestions?? Any would be appreciated

I woke up on saturday morning at 5am and have the most dreadful pain which seems to be radiating from my hip through to my knee. Ugg! The summer heat has finally arrived here and my limbs are almost useless. Flopping around like a fish out of water. Wish it would rain... gasp, ugg, gnhhh (that last one is when I get up and do something).
