Shoes

Hello, was diagnosed in March after two surgeries. I’m learning everyday of what my body can do and cannot. Each day a lil different. My one leg does not follow”directions “ and quite often “drags” . Wondering if any body can suggest a brand or o line of shoes, that might help. Thank you

The Heat

Ugg! The summer heat has finally arrived here and my limbs are almost useless. Flopping around like a fish out of water. Wish it would rain... gasp, ugg, gnhhh (that last one is when I get up and do something).

AFO/brace for foot drop - running

Hello, has anyone who suffers with foot drop found an AFO that helps you to run. I have one of those which clips into the laces of my shoe and it is great for gentle walking.
