Relapse or not?

Just wondering if a stiff and painful neck and shoulders is likely to be a relapse? I woke up a couple of weeks ago with a really stiff neck and it was really hard to sleep and move it which I put down to camping in the garden. I spoke to my neuro a week or so ago and he thought that my aches and p...

Potential redundancy

Hope everyone is doing well! Tough time but we've made it this far. I have been furloghed sinced the end of March, my job isn't technically allowed to be open until the 1st of October. It would seem there's a high chance they won't open until next year. This would mean I will have to find a new j...

Eye symptoms

So basically I know it’s going to be a bad day when I wake up with what I call heavy eyes. Has anyone had this symptom with MS? My eyelids feel weighted and so I have to struggle to keep them open. Morning all, I've been med free for 15+ years since diagnosis but a couple of recent relapses (including my first learning to walk again episode) have put me on a treatment plan. He left me with some good exercise options and I tried some of the other options so readily available on-line. The good news is that I think I have been able to maintain strength p...

My Ketogenic Diet

I want to share my experiences with everyone about my ketogenic diet. The Keto diet is very low in carbohydrates and high in healthy fats with a medium protein intake, and it is designed to put you into ketosis, which makes your body burn fat for energy, instead of glucose. The benefits can be ama...

Me, MS, weight and Keto. Long post!

Hello all. Here is a post which I hope communicates a positive event in spite of, and separate to, MS. First, to say that I am not at all a vain person, but have always appreciated being relatively trim and spritely due to good genes. For many decades I have maintained a constant weight, give or tak...
