Wim Hof Breathing Method and MS

hello everyone, a couple of days ago i found out this new way of breathing which was introduced by Wim Hof. In further examination i discovered that it is also helpful for people with MS. Did someone or does someone use this breathing method? if yes, how does it affect your condition?

Shoes

Hello, was diagnosed in March after two surgeries. I’m learning everyday of what my body can do and cannot. Each day a lil different. My one leg does not follow”directions “ and quite often “drags” . Wondering if any body can suggest a brand or o line of shoes, that might help. Thank you
