Weak legs

Hi I am Sarah. Diagnosed with ms in 2012. Over the past few weeks I seem to have got really weak legs that has starting going heavy and giving way after about 5 minutes of walking. MS IS TERRIBLE

Ik on more than 1 med for MS my legs and arms get very heavy. I have a baclofen pump inside of me don't think it helps much. Heat and cold sensitive. Hard time walking gaining weight do to gabapentin and lack of ability to exercise. Sound familiar? Any suggestions?? Any would be appreciated
