Has anyone tried it out? It might promote myelin repair, they trialled it out in a mouse model etc and it appeared to help. It's available to buy, so I've just ordered some to try out. I'm not holding my breathe but it's worth ago.

Lions mane mushrooms

Has anyone ever heard of lions mane mushrooms? They are suppose to help with brain repair? I've heard that it helps rebuild the myelin sheets. Has anyone else heard anything about it?

Lymph nodes and MS

Hello I hope everyone is doing well ! I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced hard lumps under the skin !? I spoke to my GP and he told me it could be a cyst or my lymph nodes and I think it is my lymph nodes. Does anyone know how this correlates with Ms ?
