Desk Job? Here’s How to Stay Active

Sitting for hours slows metabolism and increases health risks. Try standing for calls, doing calf raises at your desk, or walking 5 minutes every hour. Movement doesn’t have to be complicated—it just has to be consistent.

Botox

Anyone having Botox jabs for spasticity? I’ve tried the following Baclofen, Gabapentin and Pregabalin with hideous side effects. Now Botox has been suggested for my left leg. I’m hoping to see De Ling in Cambridge. Any experience out there? Thank you people.

Memory loss

Does anyone suffer with severe memory problems? Sometimes I can't remember what I did 5 minutes ago.It makes trying to do my job difficult. People don't understand..they think I'm stupid. As if the fatigue,balance and pain wasn't enough.
