The neurologist tells me in a jovial tone to say that I have had optic neuropathy to insurers - if I say optic neuritis they’d put me down as having MS. MRI done. No follow up...

I swim lengths weekly for exercise but I get dizzy in the swimming pool from the lights and rippling water. My ordinary goggles do nothing. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can improve the situation?

Difficult diagnosis, am I mad!

Hi I’m so sorry if this is inappropriate but I’m just upset and don’t have anyone I feel will understand to talk to. I have just come off a telephone consultation with my (very nice) GP.
