What time does everyone take their pills at? I cant stomach food until lunch time and when I spoke to the nurse she recommended to take them with breakfast and dinner but i don't eat breakfast. whats your experience with the pills also just started them yesterday.

Diet and MS

Hey guys I’m in need of urgent help! I’ve had extreme bloating and abdominal discomfort for as long as I can remember ! The doctors have ran all the tests and don’t know what’s wrong :( I was wondering if anyone follows a certain diet that might help with this because I have a feeling it’s connected...

Newly diagnosed - which DMD?

Diagnosed yesterday (by phone of course, thanks COVID) with RRMS. Was expecting it so not surprised. Now have to decide between Aubagio and Tecfidera. I’m tending towards Tecfidera but would welcome feedback / opinions / advice. Thanks 😊
