Wim Hof Breathing Method and MS

hello everyone, a couple of days ago i found out this new way of breathing which was introduced by Wim Hof. In further examination i discovered that it is also helpful for people with MS. Did someone or does someone use this breathing method? if yes, how does it affect your condition?

New to Aubagio

started one month ago and having some stomach/digestive issues. Posted list of side effects says this should pass in two weeks. Not my experience and asking others if they’ve experienced anything similar. thanks

Just received result of annual MRI of brain and CSP. Quick recap is diagnosed w MS 1998. No DMT or identifiable symptoms until 2017, been on copaxone for 3 years.
