Hi to you all , it's not a relapse I'm having as mri shows no new lesion. But my old symptoms have flared up for 5 weeks now which is getting me down. Can a flare up last week's/ months. Relapses

Are relapses always new lesions ? Or can old symptoms crop up and it's them that become inflamed. Thanks

What's happening

Had rrms 22 years last relapse 16 yrs ago. Symptom free really so very lucky. A month ago all symptoms came back just like when diagnosed. Mri showed no relapse . Don't know when this will subside . Any info much appreciated. Thanks
