Flare up still going on

Seriously how long can a flare up of old symptoms last ? And can a flare not relapse happen regardless of any infection ? Appreciate any help with this

Relapses

Are relapses always new lesions ? Or can old symptoms crop up and it's them that become inflamed. Thanks

SPMS

Is SPMS a gradual transition or can it happen quite quickly. Does it come out of the blue or follow after a relapse. Any information appreciated thanks

Hi , I was diagnosed last nov with MS . I have been on Copazone since jan but after a second relapse I was told it’s not working . I’m starting Tysabri on the 17th July . What's happening

Had rrms 22 years last relapse 16 yrs ago. Symptom free really so very lucky. A month ago all symptoms came back just like when diagnosed. Mri showed no relapse . Don't know when this will subside . Any info much appreciated. Thanks
