Relapse again - old symptoms returned

Hello everyone, hope you are all well.......... It looks like I am/ have been starting to relapse. For a few weeks now my legs are heavy and numb and I am waking up in the morning needing almost 30 minutes to get my legs moving before I can get out of bed.
